Workers' Compensation As of January 1, 2011, Personal Support Workers will be eligible for workers' compensation coverage for injuries that occur on the job. The Oregon Home Care Commission (OHCC) will facilitate filing workers' compensation claims. SAIF Corporation is the workers' compensation insurance carrier.

Personal Support Worker Training Opportunities
